Grace to you and peace from God our Father and his Son Jesus Christ! I’m glad you have found us on this website. It is still a work in progress, but it is our hope that you will come back to it time and again to learn more about the people who worship here at Crumly Chapel United Methodist Church. Upcoming events and opportunities for worship and ministry will be continuously updated for your information. I hope you will make it a habit to check us out often. This church has a long history, fast approaching its 150th Anniversary. Yes, in the year 2009, we will celebrate 150 years in ministry here in this community located on the western side of Birmingham. And we pray God’s guidance and blessing as we continue to touch lives for Christ in these changing times of the 21st Century. It is important that you know ALL persons are welcome here! We gather each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. for Sunday school, followed by worship at 11:00 a.m. And on Wednesday evenings, we gather in the Family Life Center for a fellowship meal at 6:00 p.m., followed by a Bible study, spiritual growth program, or worship service for all ages. We’d love to have you join us. Know that we pray for all who find their way to this website. You may have come here simply out of curiosity. You may not have even intended to check out this website. Nonetheless, you have found your way here. So in closing, I offer you these words of Jesus taken from John 14: 27 as a blessing for your life, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”
