Rock-A-Thon is an annual event held to benefit the United Methodist Center for Senior Citizens. Mildred and Mattie have participated for years. The "Rockers" collect sponsorship money to support their efforts. This year, we are proud to announce, Mildred was 1st place winner with a total amount of $1362.00. The total amount raised was $15,600.00. Let's remember to keep the Senior Citizen's Center in our prayers and to support their fund raising events.
Joan Teer has a conversation at the UM Senior Citizens Center
We at Crumly Chapel United Methodist are very proud that Joan Teer is on the Board of Directors of the United Methodist Center for Senior Citizens. She serves as secretary of the board. Her experience in the corporate world has proved to be a tremendous asset for the organization. Just as at the Church, Joan also is not afriad of "getting her hands dirty" and helps the center in a multitude of ways.
